  • You retain ownership of any content you create using our tools
  • We do not claim ownership over your generated content
  • Some tools may have usage limits or require account creation
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue tools at any time
  • Output from AI tools should be verified for accuracy before use

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Our refund policy includes:

  • Course purchases may be refunded within 30 days if less than 25% of content has been accessed
  • Custom service deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Subscription services can be canceled at any time
  • Refunds for technical issues are evaluated case by case

NiLBiTE makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
