Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants or the shipping process has been initiated.
  • Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refunds or replacements may be provided if the delivered product's quality is deemed unsatisfactory.

Refund Policy

  • For damaged or defective items, you must report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 2 days of receiving the product. The merchant will verify the issue, and a suitable decision will be taken thereafter.
  • If the delivered product does not match your expectations or the website description, you must report it within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
  • For products with manufacturer warranties, complaints should be directed to the respective manufacturer.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
